How Do I Cancel An Item Purchased On Awe Greenn?

  • Cancellation in Case of Damage: In case if you receive a damaged or defective product. Immediately after delivery report a complaint at support@awegreenn.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. Damage & defect will be assessed in 72 hours, and a solution will be provided. If, in the opinion of Awe Greenn, the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by Awe Greenn, to address the issue.
  • Cancellation in case of Wrong Product:If the product does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, raise the issue immediately & report it at support@awegreenn.com.  we will refund/replace based on stock.
  • Cancellation in case of Change in Requirement:You can cancel your order for any product within 72 hours of placing it, we will refund/replace based on stock.. Post the 72-hour window, no cancellation will be entertained. Cancellation is not possible after a product has been dispatched from the national/regional warehouse.
  • We do not cancel/refund any customized order or complete garden or balcony decorative contract because these are created on customer request. Hence, any such queries for refund/cancellation are not entertained once the order is confirmed.
  • You must address or submit the damage/defect concern within 24 hours. Any queries for damage/defect will not be entertained once the timeline is breached.
  • For fragile products, customers are requested to share an unboxing video in case of damage/defect.
  • If the contact information is incomplete / customer does not pick our support team call and confirm the order, we will keep the order on hold.
  • In any case if customer does not attend the items (out of town) we will deduct the shipping charge and refund the remaining amount for paid orders.
  • If the pin code does not have COD option then customer has to pay online first and then we will dispatch the item
  • We are not responsible for any delays by courier companies during unavoidable situation. However our support team always helps to solve the issue.
  • We are not responsible if you over pay the courier person without observing the COD amount on the bill.

If you are eligible for any refund, the same shall be given to you as per the following guidelines:

All refunds & replacement process initiation shall be subject to pick up of all cancelled items from your/customer’s premises.

Post receiving the products back to the warehouse, a refund shall be initiated within 2-3 days.

Refund will be initiated via NEFT, cash or by the way payment was originally made.

Depending on the orders, the processing charges might be deducted.
